- Job site must be clean and any debris moved away from the foundation.
- Foundation, crawl space or basement must be accessible.
- Traverse support beams and jack posts must be set.
- Sill plate must be installed * if used.
- Driveway must be of proper width to allow home to enter site.
- Ground around foundation must be solid and stable allowing adequate traction for the toter to pull home into position.
- Unstable, muddy soils or steep inclines may require the assistance of a bulldozer for spotting of the home. The procurment
and cost of bulldozer or additional equipment needed is the responsibilty of the homeowner.
