Many of my
transportation needs range from 8 wide mobile offices to 12-14 wide mobile offices, are you capable of delivering all sizes?
YES.
We are capable of transporting all sizes
Is my home insured while it is being transported?
Yes we have insurance. We cover any accident occured on any road or public conveyance.
Do I have to pay in full before the move?
No. After we confirm a delivery date, we would require 1/2 down to secure that date. Once the house is delivered to your
job site, 1/4 of the balance is due. Final payment is due upon completion of our contracted work on the home. Please
note that if you cancel after confirmation of date and deposit paid, a fee may be charged upon refund.
What if I refuse to pay you?
If you are not at the jobsite with the balance owed, usually we will pull the home to the nearest terminal or storage
lot and hold it until balance is paid. All extra costs to store and repull home will be added to the balance and are the home
owners responsibilty.
What happens if the jobsite is not clean and you cannot spot my home?
If we know in advance, and are contracted to do so, we can have the equipment needed waiting upon our arrival to the
job site. It is your responsibility to have an accessible site for the home upon our arrival.
Who pays for extra equipment if needed?
The customer is liable for the cost of any extra equipment needed to move or spot the home.
Who pays for all the permits to move and set up the home?
Transportation permit costs are included in the total price of the job quote. Building permits are provided as necessary
at an additional cost.
What is considered downtime?
Downtime is our wait time when a jobsite is not ready for our arrival. If you were responsible for special equipment and
is not there, skating home due to narrow drives, trimming of trees in the way, above average height, power or utility
lines needed to be moved, etc.
